In these Terms & Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Procamper Limited, trading as Pro Camper, a company incorporated in New Zealand.

1.0 TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your use of this site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Conditions contained in this document and any other notices accepted by you on this site. By entering this website, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to our mediation of offered and bookable services. All agreements and contracts will be concluded between you (the client) and the chosen campervan or service supplier. Our Terms and Conditions exclusively cover our operation as booking agent. We therefore owe no provision of travel services and are not liable in case of poor fulfilment or non-fulfilment of the booked service or product.
You may be bound by Terms and Conditions imposed by the service suppliers including conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies.
Passport, Visa (including transit visas) and other entry regulations are the sole responsibility of individual travellers.
Procamper Limited disclaims all liability and responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by you using this website, or relying on anything contained in or omitted from this website.
1.2 Prices
Prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and based on current tariffs. Third party suppliers may change their prices without notice. All prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
1.3 Booking & Payment
Acknowledgement of your booking request or enquiry will be sent via e-mail or telephone call within 48 hours of your request being received.
Full payment or deposit payment must be received before the booking can be confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
If paying in two instalments (deposit & final payment) the Final Payment must be made no less than forty-five (45) days prior to service commencement.
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard using our Secure Campervan Payment Facility, by Direct Credit to our account (within NZ) or by Telegraphic Money Transfer (from overseas).
Failure to pay any required amount or late payment results in automatic cancellation of the booking. Cancellation fees may apply. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to automatic cancellation.
Payment Methods
Method 1 - Visa or MasterCard
You can make your payment by using our Secure Online Payment Page. This is a secure way of paying by credit card. Your card details will be protected (SSL certificate) and will not be held on file or copied in any way. We do not pass on any credit card fees.
Method 2 - Bank Transfer

Any fees charged by an overseas bank (outside of New Zealand) must be paid by the customer. We absorb our part of the bank fees.
1.4 Cancellation, Amendments and Refunds
Any amendments to the booking may incur fees and additional payments. This could be a charge in regards to the variation of daily rates, reducing or extending the rental period or upgrading services.
On extending or upgrading the service an additional deposit may be required.
Cancellations will incur cancellation charges depending on time of cancellation. Those charges can range from 15% to 100% of the total amount.
Procamper Limited's standard cancellation fee is NZ$250.
The client is bound to any cancellation fees issued by the vehicle supplier.
We strongly recommend that as a minimum you insure yourself fully against cancellation, disruption, loss of luggage, personal property and medical expenses.
By booking with Procamper Limited you agree to abide by the cancellation policies of both Procamper Limited and third party operators.
1.5 Client Responsibility
The final responsibility for ensuring documentation and information is correct is that of the individual traveller. It is your liability to check the accuracy of your travel documents without delay.
You must read all Terms and Conditions and convey all information set out in those Terms and Conditions to any other parties covered by any booking you make.
You must be aged 18 or over to book with Procamper Limited.
You must not use the service for any activities which breach any laws, infringe any party's rights, or breach any standards, content requirements or codes promulgated by any relevant authority. You must not use the service in any way that interferes with other users or defames, harasses or menaces anyone.
1.6 Accuracy of Information
The website and all information are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Procamper Limited disclaims all warranties.
We cannot accept responsibility for any travel service, rules and conditions that are incorrectly represented. The data and services shown are provided in good faith. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or services provided. In no event shall we be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of any display within this site.
Procamper and its third party suppliers have taken reasonable care that the content of this website, including all travel information and listings, is correct. All content is subject to amendment at any time without notice.
1.7 Restriction & Copyright
This website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload, distribute, transmit or modify in anyway all or any part of the material contained on this website, unless authorised in writing by Procamper Limited. You must not transmit or attempt to transmit any data, code or other material of any kind to this website that contains a virus or other harmful component.
1.8 Security
Procamper Limited will take reasonable steps to protect the information on this website from illegal, harmful or inappropriate use, modification or alteration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Procamper Limited disclaims all liability and responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by you as a result of any illegal, harmful or inappropriate use, modification or alteration of the website.
1.9 Communication Facilities
The website contains an electronic forum and other communication facilities, which provide for feedback by users to Procamper Limited and others.
It is a condition of your use of any Communication Facility and your access to the website that you do not do any of the following: restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying any forum; post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information or material of any kind; post or transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus or other harmful component; post, transmit or in any way exploit any material of any kind for commercial purposes, or which contains any promotional material or advertising.
Procamper Limited will monitor and review the contents of its Communication Facilities. We reserve the right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information (in whole or in part) that in our opinion is in any way objectionable or in violation of any applicable law. Procamper Limited has no obligation whatsoever to monitor any Communication Facility or to edit, delete or refuse to post such contents, nor is Procamper responsible for any contents in any Communication Facilities. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Communication Facilities provide a means of public and not private communication.
Procamper Limited reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone violating any applicable or relevant law.
1.10 Legal Claims
Any claims or legal action, in connection with the provision of our services, will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any claim or legal action against the suppliers is likely to be subject to the terms of your contract with them and may be governed by the laws of other countries.
