In these Terms & Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Procamper Limited, trading as Pro Camper, a company incorporated in New Zealand, specializing in Hire Campervan and Motorhome Bookings.
1.0 TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to our mediation of offered and bookable services. All agreements and contracts will be concluded between you (the client) and the chosen campervan or service supplier. Our Terms and Conditions exclusively cover our operation as booking agent.
You may be bound by Terms and Conditions imposed by the service suppliers including conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies.
1.2 Booking & Payment
Full payment or Booking Deposit payment must be received before the booking can be confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
If paying in two instalments (deposit & balance payment) the Balance Payment must be made no less than thirty-five (35) days prior to service commencement.
The Booking Deposit can be paid by Visa or MasterCard.
The Full Payment or the remainder of the booking (Balance Payment) must be settled by Bank Transfer.

You can pay your Booking Deposit by using our Secure Online Payment Page. This is a secure way to pay by credit card. Your credit card details are protected (SSL certificate) and will not be held on file or copied in any way. No fees apply.

1.3 Cancellation, Amendments and Refunds
Any amendments to the booking may incur fees and additional payments. This could be a charge in regards to the variation of daily rates, reducing or extending the rental period or upgrading services.
Booking Deposits are non-refundable.
The client is bound to any cancellation fees issued by the vehicle supplier.
1.4 Accuracy of Information
Procamper and its third party suppliers have taken reasonable care that the content of this website, including all travel information and Campervan and Motorhome listings, is correct.

2.1 Terms & Conditions Contents
Procamper Limited reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions without notice. Any alterations to our policies will be updated on our website in a timely manner.
